1Agreement to Terms & UAE Legal Basis

By accessing or making a purchase on yourpartysorted.com (“the Website”), you enter into a legally binding contract governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, specifically:

• UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 14 of 2023 on Commerce Through Modern Means of Technology (E-Commerce Law).
• UAE Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection and its Executive Regulations (Cabinet Resolution No. 66 of 2023).
• UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on Personal Data Protection.

If you do not agree to these terms, you must refrain from using the Website or placing orders.

2Customer Eligibility & Parental Responsibility

To place an order or make a booking deposit on the Website, you must be at least 18 years of age (or possess legal capacity under UAE Civil Transactions Law) and possess a valid debit card, credit card, or Apple Pay account authorized in your name.

Our party bags, toys, and crafts are curated for children aged 3 and above. Parents and legal guardians retain full supervisory responsibility to verify the suitability and age-appropriateness of items for individual recipients.

3Pricing, Currency & UAE Value Added Tax (VAT)

4Electronic Contract Formation

Pursuant to Article 10 of UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 14 of 2023:

• Your submission of an order via our Shopify checkout at checkout.yourpartysorted.com constitutes an electronic offer to purchase.
• The contract is deemed executed once we transmit an electronic Order Confirmation email with an allocated reference number.
• We reserve the right to cancel or decline an order in cases of pricing error, stock unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity, with immediate notice and full refund.

5Product Quality & Child Safety Standards

All toys, sensory items, bubble liquids, wooden stamps, and stickers distributed by Your Party Sorted comply with applicable UAE and international safety benchmarks (non-toxic, CE, EN71 compliance).

6Custom & Pick & Mix Orders

When ordering customized party bags through our Pick & Mix studio, customers are responsible for confirming bag themes, selected favours, and requested quantities prior to completing checkout.

Once assembly has commenced, custom orders cannot be modified or canceled, as custom goods are assembled to individual consumer specification under UAE Consumer Protection Law regulations.

7Event Partner Services & AED 50 Booking Deposit

For services booked on /services (balloon styling, entertainment, mosaic workshops, handcrafted wooden toys):

• The AED 50 deposit secures your event date with our verified partner concierge.
• The deposit is applied as a credit toward your final booking balance with the partner.
• The remaining balance is settled directly with the verified partner according to their service contract.
• Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to the event date are eligible for a full deposit refund; cancellations within 7 days are non-refundable due to reserved partner schedules.

8Intellectual Property

All brand identifiers, graphics, logos (“Your Party Sorted.”), vector artwork, product photography, text copy, and website layouts are the exclusive intellectual property of Your Party Sorted. Unauthorized copying, scraping, or commercial exploitation is strictly prohibited under UAE Federal Law No. 38 of 2021 on Copyrights and Neighboring Rights.

9Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service and any transaction arising under them shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the Federal Laws of the United Arab Emirates and the local laws applicable in the Emirate of Dubai.

In the event of any consumer dispute, both parties agree to first seek amicable conciliation through the Dubai Economy and Tourism (DET - Consumer Rights Protection Division). If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent Courts of Dubai, UAE.
