1Fulfillment & Packing Cut-Off Times
All orders are packed with care at our sanitary fulfillment hub in Dubai.
- Cut-Off Time: Orders placed before 1:00 PM Gulf Standard Time (GST) Monday through Saturday are packed and handed to our couriers on the same day.
- Weekend Birthday Urgency: If your party is scheduled for Saturday or Sunday, we strongly recommend placing orders by Wednesday to guarantee seamless delivery.

3Order Tracking & Notifications
The moment your parcel is scanned by our courier, you will receive an automated SMS and Email notification containing a real-time tracking link. On the day of delivery, the courier will send a WhatsApp or SMS confirmation of the delivery window.
4Delivery to Schools, Venues & Play Centers
We frequently deliver bulk party bags and toy bundles directly to schools, nurseries, play centers (e.g. OliOli, Cheeky Monkeys, Bounce), and private venues across the Emirates.
When requesting venue delivery, simply enter the venue name and classroom/event room details in the delivery notes, along with the venue coordinator's name and contact number.
5Delivery Attempts & Redelivery
Our couriers make up to two (2) delivery attempts. If the recipient is unavailable, the parcel is held at the local emirate facility for 48 hours while our concierge contacts you to arrange an alternative time or safe-drop authorization.
6Damaged or Lost Shipments
Your Party Sorted assumes full responsibility for goods until they are safely handed to you. In the rare event a parcel is lost or damaged in transit, we will dispatch an immediate replacement or issue a 100% full refund with zero hassle.
