1Statutory Consumer Rights under UAE Law
In accordance with UAE Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection and Cabinet Resolution No. 66 of 2023, consumers in the UAE are entitled to obtain goods that conform to declared descriptions, free of defects, and safe for child use.
Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your statutory legal rights under the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
2Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Deliveries (14 Days)
If any item in your party bags or toy bundles arrives damaged, defective, leaking, or different from what you ordered:
- Notify us within 14 calendar days of receiving your parcel.
- Send a brief photo or video of the defect to hello@yourpartysorted.com or message our WhatsApp concierge.
- You may choose between:
- An immediate complimentary express replacement sent via next-day courier; OR
- A 100% full refund including original shipping fees.
- We cover all return collection and re-shipping courier costs.
3Unopened Toy Bundles & Favour Packs (Change of Mind)
For standard, non-personalized bulk packs and toy bundles (e.g. packs of 10/20/50 bubble wands, stamps, slap bands):
- You may request a return within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be strictly unopened, unused, in original outer protective packaging, and in re-saleable condition.
- Once inspected and approved at our Dubai facility, a full refund for the item price will be issued to your original payment method.
- For change-of-mind returns, a standard domestic return courier collection fee of AED 25 applies (or you may drop off at our designated Dubai location).
Custom & Personalized Party Bag Exclusions
Pursuant to Article 13 of the Executive Regulations of UAE Consumer Protection Law (Cabinet Resolution No. 66 of 2023), goods manufactured or assembled to custom consumer specifications are exempt from change-of-mind cancellation or return once production or packing has commenced.
Therefore, custom Pick & Mix bags personalized with specific combinations or custom child name tags cannot be returned for change of mind. However, our 100% guarantee on defective, missing, or damaged items fully applies.
4Order Cancellation Prior to Dispatch
You may cancel standard orders free of charge at any time prior to courier handover. Email hello@yourpartysorted.com with your order number. Once canceled, your full payment will be refunded immediately.
If your order has already been handed to our delivery partner, it will be handled under our standard 14-day return procedure upon arrival.
5Partner Event Service Deposits (AED 50)
For entertainment, balloon styling, and workshop deposits booked via /services:
- 7+ Days Before Event Date: Full 100% refund of the AED 50 deposit upon written cancellation.
- Within 7 Days of Event Date: Non-refundable, as partner teams, staff, and materials have been reserved exclusively for your timeslot.

All refunds are credited exclusively to the original credit/debit card or Apple Pay account used during checkout:
7How to Initiate a Return
- Email hello@yourpartysorted.com with subject “Return Request: Order #YPS-XXXX”.
- Provide your UAE delivery address and daytime phone number for the courier pickup.
- Our concierge will schedule a courier pickup from your home at your convenience.
- Upon receipt at our Dubai packing facility, we inspect and issue your refund within 48 hours.
